Who We Are
Founded by Zac Harris and Josh Carnes, Mountain Springs Community Services seeks to enhance the quality and availability of services provided for individuals with developmental disabilities. It is our goal at MSCS to create an agency that employs individuals that are willing to go that extra step in order to ensure the members we serve feel respected and cared for in the highest degree.
